高速煲海帶綠豆湯:

材料:
綠豆6兩
海帶1兩

調味料:
黑片糖1塊

處理:
1. 綠豆及海帶,放入高速煲,加入滾水,煲5分鐘去塵埃。
2. 過了5分鐘,綠豆及海帶,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。大塊的海帶,可剪細塊。
3. 加入清水2升。
4. 加入黑片糖。

烹調:
1. 用“煲粥”功能,大約煲40分鐘
2. 如果綠豆湯太稠,可加入滾水。
3. 程序完成,可享用。

Mung bean sweet soup with pressure cooker:

Ingredients:
Mung bean 6 taels
Seaweed 1 tael

Seasoning:
Black slab sugar 1 piece

Preparation:
1. Put mung bean and seaweed into pressure cooker, add boiled~up water, cook for 5 minutes to remove the dust on them.
2. Rinse mung bean and seaweed thoroughly after 5 minutes. Hang dry. Cut the seaweed into small pieces if necessary.
3. Add water 2L.
4. Put black slab sugar.

Steps:
1. Use "porridge/soup" function, start cooking, takes about 40 minutes' time.
2. If you see the sweet soup is too thick, boiled~up water can be added.
3. Steps completed. Serve.
